Pickup & Delivery
I start picking up dirty laundry at 9am on the date selected. Once you select a day make sure your laundry is on your porch by 9am. I will return it to you within 48 hours, folded, in a disposable bag, ready for you to simply put away. If you select Monday pick up your clothes will be delivered Wednesday. If you select Wednesday pick up your clothes will be delivered Friday. If you select Friday pick up your clothes will be delivered on Monday.
Specific Preferences
Feel free to email me upon scheduling to specify any preferences you have for care of your clothes. If you want any items hanged you must let me know which items and provide the hangers in a separate garbage bag at pickup. If you would like a specific detergent used, you can send it with your dirty laundry and I will make sure it is washed with that detergent. If you don’t want to send a detergent I will use generic Tide or Tide free and gentle which will be provided by me.
Rescheduling/Cancelations
Please email me if you need to reschedule a pick up/ delivery time. If you need to cancel, please email me and do so at least 24 hours before your appointed time.
